This is a request for a paid review. We agree scope and price before payment. Submitting does not start a subscription. We use your details to respond to this request; see our privacy policy.

What we agree before you pay

  1. Confirm the carrier format, available rate schedule, and review scope.
  2. Agree a one-time fee, delivery timing, and what counts as a useful discrepancy or actionable issue.
  3. Agree a refund or subscription credit if the review finds neither, then arrange payment and account upload.

Reviews are quoted individually. The written review agreement sets the refund or credit terms. A recurring subscription is a separate choice.

What the review should answer

  • Where does the amount paid differ from the supplied expected rate?
  • Which rows, calculations, or chargebacks need a carrier follow-up?
  • What information is missing before you can conclude money is owed?

A finding is a reason to investigate, not a guaranteed recovery. You retain responsibility for carrier follow-up and for verifying contractual entitlement.

Bring the statement and the basis for checking it.

CSV, Excel (.xlsx), and readable PDFs are accepted by the product. Scanned PDFs are not supported by OCR. Unfamiliar layouts may need manual mapping or additional format work, so we confirm suitability first.

Your commission schedule is needed to check contract rates. Prior statements help investigate missing payments and chargebacks. Without these, arithmetic and within-statement inconsistencies may still be checked, but we cannot establish every underpayment.

Uploads are processed into account-specific commission records, with original parsed rows retained for audit. Unknown-format mapping may send headers and sample rows to Anthropic. Read the privacy and deletion policy before uploading.
